Cancellation Policy

Change of mind

Customers can cancel their order if they change their mind, providing the wines are still in our possession and have not been shipped. An administrative fee of $25 may apply per order, together with a handling fee of 2% of the total invoice amount if applicable.

Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund to the original payment method if we discover an obvious pricing error. An obvious pricing error is where the product price listed is significantly lower than the reasonable market price.

Out of Stock

We do our very best to keep the stock levels displayed on the website accurate, however sometimes errors occur.  If a product is unavailable after your order has been placed and paid for, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method. We will apologize for any inconvenience that it caused and will update our inventory promptly.
